The Greater Portland Neighborhoods Coalition Coalition provides a forum for residents, neighborhood associations, businesses, government and educational institutions to exchange ideas, communicate, learn, and collaborate on common issues.
The Coalition (GPNC) was founded in April 2003 to unify, strengthen, encourage, and celebrate citizen participation and for the express purposes of convening forums on topics of common interest and concern, exchanging information and providing networking opportunities. GPNC’s educational events and forums are designed to empower residents and neighborhood leaders to build and maintain vibrant neighborhoods.
