Zig Ziglar is one of the most well know motivational speakers of all time.  Last year he was in Portland as part of a one-day seminar that included other well-known celebrities, authors and speakers.  At that time his health was not the best and his daughter was on hand to provide assistance and keep him on track. 

Nonetheless, he still provided some sage wisdom that is just as relevant today as it was years ago.  It was the first time I had seen him in person and he is without a doubt a legend.

The thoughts about doing something poorly until you do it well are interesting.  How often is the lack of skill or knowledge just an excuse for procrastination? In the end, there are no short cuts to success - only continuous hard work.  Doesn't that apply to just about everything?

When it comes to our real estate practice or any types of sales or service, it is so important to continually try to excel BEFORE you get rewarded.  Really, words to live by: Better Value = More Rewards!
