There are many ways to search for homes online.  Our Search for Homes allows you to create and save multiple searches, identify favorites, track your search history and manage your own personal account.

In some cases, however, you may need to be more specific – more detailed - in your search criteria.  For that reason we also offer Market Watch. 

In this case we set up the search for you.  We access the MLS directly and make sure we create a search that EXACTLY meets all your needs. We can use maps and keywords to be very specific.

As new properties come on the market they are compared to your criteria and an email with all potential matches is sent to you. 

Identify Your Home Buying Requirements

	Step 1	Select either specific towns or cities or an entire county. Use the county map if you are unfamiliar with the area.
	Step 2	Select specific property details. If you are interested in a particular criteria not listed, please add your request in the comments box.
	Step 3	Complete limited the personal information. Emails with property information will be sent to the address you have included.
