As the year comes to an end, we’d like to share the progress in Douglas Ridge, the new neighborhood of high-performance homes in Brunswick, Maine. Since 2018, we’ve come a long way, when 17 lots were for sale.
Progress in the Neighborhood
In 2022 alone, Douglas Ridge has seen the most change. Up until now, construction on 5Â Unity homes has been completed, which consist of 2 Varms and 3 Xylas. On top of that, two other homes have foundations and are far along in their construction stages: one home designed by Mottram Architecture and a Unity home.
This upcoming year, we’re excited to see 7 more lots undergo their design phase and then on to construction. Nonetheless, there are 6 lots left to build your own sustainable home!
